- Fall shares include but are not limited to salad greens, cooking greens, cucumbers, radishes, beets, carrots, pole beans, peppers, herbs, tomatoes, Jerusalem artichokes, cabbage, broccoli, parsnips, onions, garlic, leeks, potatoes, winter squash and mushrooms. Shares also include preserved foods, folx medicine and dried flowers to usher us into the Winter!
